Chocolate Chip Brownies Preparation
Preheat oven to 355 degrees.
Olive oil or butter up a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
One good size saucepan for melting chocolate chips.
and can be used to mix up the entire brownie recipe.

NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 cups (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into slices
(Use butter, it tastes much better, you don't always need to worry about counting calories.)
3 fresh eggs
1 - 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup chopped nuts or walnuts
Chocolate Chip Brownie Directions:
- Find a large saucepan; over low heat MELT 1 cup of the chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Remove from heat. Add the eggs and stir together. Next stir in the flour, white sugar, vanilla and baking soda. Next add in the remaining chocolate chips and any amount of nuts you like. Spread chocolate chip brownie batter evenly in oiled baking pan.

Bake chocolate chip brownie for 17 to 24 minutes at 355 degrees or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out looking a bit done. Cool brownie in pan till complete cooled, then cut into desired size brownies.
