Marbled Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe
Delicious combination of cheese cake, dark chocolate and peanut butter. These brownies are always a crowd pleaser with their rich, chocolatey, peanut buttery gooeyness.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup light brown sugar packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup mixed nuts, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup melted dark chocolate chips,
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
Marbled Peanut Butter Brownies Preparation
Preheat your oven TO 350°F, and lightly spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with olive oil.
In a bowl beat together the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until blended. Add in the flour, both sugars, mixed nuts, baking powder and salt. (Batter will be quite thick at this point.)
In a food processor combine the cream cheese and melted chocolate chips. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Spread the peanut butter brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Smooth the cream cheese mixture over brownie batter.
With a knife run through the batter marbling the chocolate cream cheese with the peanut butter brownie mix.
