Chippers Cookies Mix
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Chippers Cookies Wet Ingredients:
1 jar of Chippers Cookies dry mix.
1/2 cup butter, softened butter or margarine
(HINT: use butter, they sure taste better even if there are a few more calories. Geeze! You’re eating a chippers cookie, not a piece of celery. Forget the diet for once!)
1 egg (lightly whipped with a fork in a small bowl.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
First, preheat your oven to 380 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. (Mixture may appear curdled.) Add dry Chippers mix, to butter mixture; stir until well blended.
Shape rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls, place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake chippers cookies 8 to 10 minutes or until completely firm. (Watch them chippers cookies close, nobody likes burnt cookies.) Let cookies stand on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
