M and M Raisin Cookies Mix
Dry Ingredients:
1 -1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup candy coated candy pieces
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

M and M Cookies Wet Ingredients:
1 jar of M and M dry brownies mix.
3/4 cup butter, softened butter or margarine
(HINT: use butter, they sure taste better even if there are a few more calories. Geeze! You’re eating a cookie, not a piece of celery. Forget the diet for once!)
2 egg (lightly whipped with a fork in a small bowl.)
1 -1/2 tsp. vanilla
First, preheat your oven to 355 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Beat in the eggs, and vanilla until blended. (Mixture may appear curdled.) Add dry m and m mix, to butter mixture; stir until well blended.
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake m and m cookies 10 to 14 minutes or until a bit firm. (Watch them m and m cookies close, nobody likes burnt cookies.) Let cookies stand on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
This M and M mix recipe makes about 3 dozen cookies.
