Oatmeal Chippers Cookies Mix
Dry Ingredients:
2 -3/4 cup uncooked old fashioned or quick oats
3/4 cup candy-coated semisweet chocolate chips
or candy-coated chocolate pieces
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Oatmeal Chippers Cookies Wet Ingredients:
1 jar of Oatmeal Chippers Cookies dry mix.
3/4 cup butter, softened butter or margarine
(HINT: use butter, they sure taste better even if there are a few more calories. Geeze! You’re eating a cookie, not a piece of celery. Forget the diet for once!)
3 Tbsp. milk
1 egg (lightly whipped with a fork in a small bowl.)
2 tsp. vanilla
First, preheat your oven to 380 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Beat in milk, egg and vanilla until blended. (Mixture may appear curdled.) Add dry Oatmeal Chippers mix, to butter mixture; stir until well blended.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake oatmeal chippers cookies 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. (Watch them oatmeal chippers cookies close, nobody likes burnt cookies.) Let cookies stand on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
