Triple Chip Cookies Mix
Dry Ingredients:
1 -1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Triple Chip Cookies Wet Ingredients:
1 jar of Triple Chip Cookies dry mix.
1/2 cup butter, softened butter or margarine
(HINT: use butter, they sure taste better even if there are a few more calories. Geeze! You’re eating a cookie, not a piece of celery. Forget the diet for once!)
1 egg (lightly whipped with a fork in a small bowl.)
1 -1/2 tsp. vanilla
First, preheat your oven to 380 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. (Mixture may appear curdled.) Add dry Triple chip mix, to butter mixture; stir until well blended.
Use large tablespoonfuls of dough, place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake triple chip cookies 10 to 14 minutes or until they look done. (Watch them triple chip cookies close, nobody likes burnt cookies.) Let cookies stand on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
