How easy could it be to make a gluten free peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie. Separately, peanut butter and chocolate chips are the basis for two of the most famous cookies in America. Together they make one unbeatable cookie.

Flourless Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
1 cup natural chunky peanut butter
1 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup miniature dark chocolate chips (about 6 ounces)
Flourless Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Mix the natural chunky peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
(Dark Chocolate can be melted together with a little butter and drizzle on top of Baked Flourless Cookies.)
With moistened hands, use 1 tablespoon of dough to form a ball.
Arrange each peanut butter chocolate chip cookie balls onto 2 ungreased baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake cookies until puffed, golden brown around the edges and still soft to touch in the center, about 12 minutes.
Cool on sheets 5 minutes before transferring to racks; cool completely.
