Ginger Snap Cookies Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 large egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ginger
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups granulated sugar for dipping
Ginger Snap Recipe Directions
In a large mixing bowl cream together the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
Add the molasses and egg, beat until smooth.
Add the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix well and roll dough into balls.
Roll thru the sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 11 to 13 minutes.
