Molasses Cookies Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup dark molasses
1 -1/4 cup dark molasses
2 eggs
2 -3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 -1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Get out a big bowl and your electric mixer, stir together oil, molasses, and 1 cup of the sugar. Add eggs and beat until smooth. In another bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves; gradually add to molasses mixture, beating until well combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until next day.
Place remaining 1/4 cup sugar in a small bowl. Roll dough into 1 -1/2 inch balls, then roll in sugar to coat. Place 3 inch apart on greased baking sheets. Bake molasses cookies in a 355 degrees oven for 10 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to racks and let cookies cool completely. Store yummy molasses cookies in airtight containers.
